First time punting and loved every minute! Such a great way to spend an afternoon finding out fun facts from ‘Adam’ our friendly, knowledgable guide. I was with my Canadian cousin and we both learnt a lot and laughed a lot too!! Well organised & managed on the water & a must do activity when you visit this beautiful part of Cambridge - Thanks

Enjoyable hour going up and down the river in the hands of one of the experienced punters from Granta Punting. Past all the various sites along the way (backs of the colleges, under the Mathematical Bridge and Bridge of Sighs) and back again, with commentary and amusing stories about the sights to see along route and the people involved. Very enjoyable time. Out of season probably no need to book in advance as there are plenty of people touting for your business so plenty of choice. Apparently, not good to go in peak summer season as there are too many 'self punters' who clog up the river and casue mayhem!

I was in two minds about the best time to go and read a review that recommended going at the end of the day. We had the punting tour at 5pm, got there a little bit early and the staff were very accommodating. Everything and everyone made our journey so smooth and relaxing. A big thank you!
