Great scenery, absolutely safe via ferrata/hiking trail. Top hiking guide, explains all the special features of the old and new via ferrata. Expertise also in flora and fauna. Hike takes 2-2 1/2 hours, not strenuous. From the parking lot (absolutely scarce) to the meeting point/starting point of the hike approx. 1 1/2 km, plan your time. Return bus transfer to the car park given, but subject to a charge. Overall great afternoon.

The tickets to explore the Caminito del Rey on your own are unfortunately sold out quickly, so the tour is actually the only way to get tickets. The first few minutes are very interesting. Then you have the opportunity to return the headphones and set yourself apart from our group of 30 people. It was good, not because the Guido was bad, but because we simply liked it much better to explore the path in peace with the three of us.

We had plenty of air, we could not enjoy the views of the suspension bridge because we ran past, there were risks of landslides and right at that point there was a lot of air. It was also not possible to go through the last catwalks because they were closed for the same reason, a pity, but safety first.
