Prior to this wonderful all-day excursion, we were kept informed about date, time and meeting place to ensure an on-time departure. True to plans, our guide Abraham met us at the assigned destination along with the other guests - a mother and her very well-behaved children ranging in age from 7-18 who all added to the enjoyment of the day. We saw incredible sights we saw as we alighted from the city onward to the top of the mountain, changing from a small gondola to a larger tram type structure approximate 3/4 of the way up - not even an issue for my husband who is not keen on heights. The summit was breathtaking with plenty of time afforded to enjoy from every direction and have lunch. Our day concluded with a perfect, relaxing 1 hr catamaran cruise around Lake Lucerne; such beautiful scenery! Abraham was an excellent guide - mindful and unobtrusive, allowing us the opportunity to enjoy this adventure to the fullest. Future guides have much to learn from his approach!

We were very lucky, as Mount Pilatus was full of clouds, however, when we reached the top, the clouds gave us a break. Wonderful tour and very friendly guide. It's a shame we don't have time to explore the mountain more. But this tour is well worth it.

Exceeded expectations! Tour guide was wonderful, he really knew what he was doing and seemed to really love his job. I was expecting it to be good, but everything (especially the boat cruise and cog wheel) were even better than expected!

Everything went very smoothly. Check the weather to be sure it will be relatively clear so you get good views. This trip is mostly about the views from the top.

Our guide tour was great. He was Very knowledgeable and great sense of humor with a beautiful smile. Thank you so much.
