Have a walking tour to Congress Hall and the old city. Meet your tour guide at a pre-arranged time in the lobby of your hotel. Your guide will transfer you to the train station in Basel, where you will board an intercity train. This will take you via Zürich and along Lake Zürich to the south east of Switzerland. When you arrive in Chur, the oldest town in Switzerland, you will have the opportunity for a short walk around, schedule times depending. Back at the train station, you will take your seat in the panoramic train. The train departs at approximately 11:45am, at which time the lunch service will start. Pass through the famous Rhine gorge heading to Disentis, listening to audio comments on a headset. Simply ask your guide about availability. In Disentis, the train will start to climb to 2033m above sea level into a rough alpine landscape. After passing a lighthouse, the train will begin its descent on a steep track down to Andermatt, a village 1400m above sea level. The train will stop in Andermatt for 15 minutes, which gives you the chance to stop, stretch your legs, and breathe in the fresh Swiss air. The journey will continue through the 15km long "Furka" base tunnel, constructed in 1982 to save travel time from Andermatt to Brig. Your train will continue through the “Goms” valley in direction of Brig. This valley is known as a destination for summer hiking and winter sports. The time to Brig is approximately two hours. Once there, you will again have the opportunity to exit the train for a walk through the pedestrian zone and the palace "Stockalper".   Your guide will lead you to the right train in Brig, where you will board an intercity train. When your guide leaves you in Brig, they will handover all necessary tickets and information to you so you can continue your journey back to your hotel.

Start your tour by meeting your guide at your accommodation. Here, enjoy a pleasant meet and greet with your guide before making your way to the train station in Basel. Hop aboard an intercity train and within 1-hour you will step foot in the amazing city of Lucerne.  Once you step off the platform, you'll first visit the famous Concert Hall, designed by Jean Nouvel, a magnificent building whose architecture is worthy of marveling at. On the walk with your tour guide, you will head toward the wooden "Chapel Bridge", a 200-meter long pedestrian crossing bridge. Your informative guide will tell you fascinating facts about the history of the bridge and its paintings. Continue on your tour with a stroll through the car-free inner city circle of the Old Town. Your tour guide will give you information about the houses and their origins from the 16th-century. Whilst here you'll also get to take a walk over the "Spreuer Bridge" and enjoy a coffee break along the "Reuss" river.  After your break, you will continue along the city wall, formerly used for defense purposes many centuries ago. At the end of the wall, you will find the famous Lion Monument, a rock relief that commemorates the massacres of Swiss guards during the French revolution. Your tour guide will lead you back to the boat station, where you'll board the panoramic yacht, which will take you out to lake Luzern. You may listen to the headphone comments during the tour, or just ask your tour guide about directions, mountains and, houses along the shore. After the one hour boat tour, you'll return to the train station in Lucerne en route back to Basel where your tour will finish.

Begin your tour by meeting your guide at the hotel and make your way together to the train station in Basel. An intercity train takes you within 2 hours to Interlaken, where you change to the local train. After 20 minutes, you will arrive at Lauterbrunnen, a small village at the end of the valley. While you change the train, have a look at the famous "Staubbach" waterfall. The cogwheel railway from Lauterbrunnen to Kleine Scheidegg takes 35 minutes, passing Wengen,  a small alpine town known for winter sports and the annual FIS world cup downhill race. At Keine Scheidegg at 6600 ft above sea level,  you will change onto the Jungfrau railway, which will take you within 40 minutes to the top. During the ride, the train will stop once in the middle of the tunnel for a scenic stop, where you will get off the train for 5 minutes.  Once you arrive at Jungfraujoch, which is 11333 ft above sea level, your tour guide will lead you through the attractions of this destination. The walking tour will take approximately 1 hour inside the tunnel system. The sightseeing tour is protected from the weather outside and easily accessible. At the Sphinx Terraces and on good weather conditions, you may see the black forest in Germany! The continuation of the sightseeing will take you through the "Alpine Sensation", a tribute to the construction work of the Jungfrau railway. You will continue through the ice cave to the plateau, a lovely place outside in the middle of snow. The walk around will be finished by passing the chocolate heaven from "Lindt", a small exhibition about chocolate making in Switzerland. According to your preferences, you may have lunch at one of the 3 restaurants at Jungfraujoch. Your tour guide will be happy to assist you and to join you for lunch. Enjoy the view, the feeling of mountains surrounding and the rough weather situations at this altitude, before your tour guide will lead you back to the Jungfrau railway for the descent to Kleine Scheidegg. From here, you will travel on the route to Grindelwald, where the tour guide can make an optional stop. The local train takes you within 40 minutes back to Interlaken with a connection to the intercity train to Basel, where the tour guide will lead you back to the hotel and the tour will end.

Be collected from your accommodation by your tour guide and make your way to the train station in Basel. An intercity train will take you in 50 minutes to Lucern, where you will board a local train. After 45 minutes you will arrive at Engelberg, which is a small village at the end of the valley, known for the winter tourism industry. Your tour guide will lead you to the gondola station, which is 10 minutes away from the train. To get up the hill, you will board a 6 seat gondola, which will take you through 2 sections to the middle station, Stand. You will glide above meadows, trees, and rocks in a peaceful and beautiful landscape. At Stand, you will change to the rotating gondola, which takes you to your final destination in 5 minutes. During the journey, the gondola rotates by 360 degrees to ensure a fantastic aerial view.  Once you arrive at the top, your tour guide will suggest beginning your sightseeing tour at the terraces, where there is always snow at 9980 foot above sea level. Enjoy the fantastical aerial view to the surrounding mountains and glaciers. After the terraces, you will visit the highest suspension bridge in Europe. Cross the 100-meter long bridge, which is 1640 foot high. On the other side is the entrance to the ice vace, a tunnel system in the middle of the glacier.  Return to the main building and take the opportunity to have lunch in the panoramic restaurant. Enjoy local dishes while looking at the surrounding mountains. After lunch you can choose to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere on the terraces or take a seated chair lift to the snow park, where you will have different options to enjoy the snow. Once you have seen all of the attractions, your tour guide will lead you via Engelberg back to Basel, where your tour will end.

Start your tour with pickup at your accommodation and make your way to the train station in Basel. An intercity train will take you in 1 hour to central Lucerne, where you'll board a boat for a 1-hour cruise on Lake Lucerne. Enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and and the waterfront of the city.  Arrive in Alpnachstad, where you'll switch to the cogwheel railway. The Pilatus railway operates between May and October and is the world's steepest cogwheel railway. The 35-minute journey takes you from 464 meters above sea level to the top of Mount Pilatus, at 2128 meters above sea level. At the top, your tour guide will show you some hidden military objects. Alternatively, you can climb up the stairs to the panoramic platform and enjoy the vast scenery. Your tour guide will take you through the gallery of dragons and tell you a myth about Mount Pilatus.  After the sightseeing tour, enjoy lunch in one of the two restaurants, where your tour guide will happily join you. Afterwards, take some free time to spend as you wish before you begin your descent. A panoramic gondola will take you down to Fräkmüntegg, where you will change to the 4-seat gondola. This section takes you above trees and meadows and down to the suburb Kriens. Head back to central Lucerne for your return trip back to Basel on an intercity train. Once back in Basel, your tour guide will accompany you to your accommodation.

It’s really nice of you to provide a coach bus for 50 sites to suit 31 people and our buggages. The pick up/drop off place and time are all according to our request. Besides, there’re a lot of snacks and the driver is really nice! : )
