Explore Lucerne/Luzern's highlights on this trip around the city in an electronic tuk-tuk. Listen to the driver's interesting stories about the sights, the locals, and life in the city. Start the tour with some information about the Culture and Congress Center (KKL), designed by the famous French architect, Jean Nouvel. After that, cross the Seebrücke bridge and admire the excellent view of the lake, as well as to the famous Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge). Make your first stop at the 17th-century Hofkirche (Church of St. Leodegar), the most important church in the city known for the biggest organ of its time. Next, move on to the outstanding Löwendenkmal (Lion Monument). Continue your drive through the old town to the historic places in Luzern, as well as some lesser-known secret posts. Finish the tour back at the Culture and Congress Center (KKL) again. Here, you can continue your adventure with a museum visit, or simply relax with a tea or coffee in this spectacular building.

You will meet with your local guide at either 9:30AM or 2:00PM, right at the reception of your Lucerne Hotel. From here you will take a short walk to the next bike rental station, from where you will take your bike before being shortly briefed on the most important traffic rules. After some time spent practicing, you will then follow your guide and ride your bike to the historical center. The first stop is at the Chapel Bridge and Water Tower, where you will receive some brief information on the most photographed attraction in Switzerland. A little further downstream, you will visit the Jesuit Church, which is the first baroque church in Switzerland and dates back to 1677. You will then visit the Ritter Palace, a Florentine Palazzo which you will visit from the inside to marvel at the "Danse Macabre" paintings (except on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and special events). Next, you will ride your bike further, crossing the Reuss Bridge to the Mill Square. You see the wooden Mill Bridge and the Historical Museum, a former arsenal of Old Lucerne. Here you will receive further information about the historical attractions in Old Lucerne. You will then ride your bike further to Löwengraben street, where you will lock your bike before continuing by foot. You can marvel at the murals on the old houses of Stag Square, and see the old guest house signs. Your guide will then take you to see the Musegg Wall, the city fortification wall which dates back to the 15th century. You will climb the steep steps of the Schirmer Tower, and walk along the military gear to visit the Clock Tower, complete with its lead bell. You will then continue walking down from Musegg Hill to Löwengraben, where you will unlock your parked bike before continuing to bike through Hertensteinstrasse to the Lion Monument. After a short bike ride on the main street, you will arrive to Schwanenplatz, where you will be able to explore St. Peter's Chapel, the Chapel Bridge and the Zur Gilgen House. Finally, you will drive your bike back to the rental station before being accompanied by your guide back to your hotel.

Once arriving in Brunnen, use some free time to sightsee or stop off for lunch, before heading to the Victorinox Swiss Army Knife Visitor Center. Here you have the option to make and engrave your own Swiss Army knife under the watchful eye of a cutler. Next, board a lake steamer for a relaxing 2-hour boat ride across Lake Lucerne. This provides some time to relax, and you may choose from an excellent selection of food and drinks. At 17:00 you will arrive back at your starting point, with plenty of time to enjoy an evening in Lucerne.
