I took the option to meet the guide in Capri and pay for my own transport to Capri. I arrived early and the meeting spot is Il gabbiano bar at pier 23. I had tea and breakfast here and I highly recommend to do this if you arrive early into Capri and wait out the crowds from the ferry going up the funicular/cruise to grotto or meeting your tour. The guide was prompt and drove us up to anacapri where I had free time and the guide recommended places to see/things to do. Next was Capri centre. I didn't have lunch included but chose to head to a lovely cafe in Capri centre for lunch before joining the guide back to the harbour. the guide kindly called his contact and reserved me a ticket for the return trip back to Naples as it can get full. I'm glad I saw Capri with the guide as he was very helpful in providing guidance on where to go and what to see to maximise my time there and of course get me back to Naples. Very helpful.

First of all I have to say that I'm not a good customer for guided tours, but this time I was suprised very positively. Our guide Francesco was super flexible, even though the group was quite large, and obviously there was no common understanding regarding the activities, but he was able to completely manage the situation and satisfy everybody. I have truly enjoyed the whole day! We had a chance to visit anacapri, capri, blue grotto and also had time to cruise around the island. Well done Francesco! Thank you!

The tour began on a very pleasant note, with our tour guide Fabrizio greeting us at the port. We were lucky with a really small tour group and Fabrizio was great at explaining everything in detail to us. We started off with the bus ride and understanding the geographic layout of the island. We then went off to the chair lift ride which again was great with a majestic view of the island at the end. We then headed off to lunch and then further went walking all over the island and ended our tour at the beach. The best part about the tour was the guide - Fabrizio made the tour fun and interesting, almost like going with a knowledgable friend. I would definitely recommend the tour and if possible, specifcally given by Fabrizio.
