We were extremely lucky to have our tour guide, Nathalie, to ourselves. She was very friendly and knowledgable and went to great lengths to ensure our tour was comfortable and informative. We asked her lots of questions about the Cathars and their history and she was happy to provide explanations - all in English. An excellent tour which gave us a good understanding before our visit to Château Comtal. Thank you.

Brilliant walking tour with Nsthalie

Our guide Nathalie met us and immediately put us at ease by being friendly and welcoming. She walked at a very comfortable speed and was very informative about the castle, cathedral and cite in general. Her English was good and she was very patient when we asked lots of questions about the beautiful city. She gave a very personal tour around what we were interested in and what she thought were important to know about the area and history. I would definitely recommend the tour and nathalie to people visiting carcassonne. Excellent value for money.

Carcassonne is a must!

The guide Nathalie was so knowledgeable and we appreciated her effort to speak English. The information was a little detailed for our 9 and 10 year old daughters. We loved the walk through the castle and along the castle wall over looking the town and amphitheater ending with the chapel. So very well priced €20 per adult and free for the kids. We were the only family.
