It was absolutely wonderful. Great customer service from the EOLO team. From Virginia, who contacted us to give us details and Emanuel who picked us up and pretty much was our guide and Jose, our astute pilot, It was just perfect. It was a complete experience where, Jose even explained to us the history of the Hot Air Balloon, and it led to the moment where we all had Cava and brunch of sorts. Loved it

From the moment Eduardo collected me from the accommodation the experience was enjoyable. The flight was amazing, the pilot informative and entertaining, and the views were breathtaking. To top this off, the champagne breakfast afterwards was a delight and the small touches such as video and photos provided were the icing on the cake. Thoroughly recommend.

oh what a great experience! The eagle eye view of Segovia and the Alcazar in the morning with sun at the horizon. it's a spectacle to behold. The guides were fun and got us all involved in packing of hot air balloon by the end of the trip making it more immersive experience!

Today was a wonderful day trip. Our guide was enthusiastic, informative and enjoyable. We also had sufficient time to explore on our own. I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you.
