You will be picked up in the north of the island. Once there your guide will lead you through the tame forest and point out trees and wildlife including some birds native to St Lucia. Visit the flower gardens, herb gardens, and fruit trees in the park and sample seasonal fruits as you learn how to cut open your own coconut. See some artifacts such as old Amerindian Huts rebuilt in replication of how the tribe lived before the arrival of "civilized" man.

Then head down to Mama's kitchen for food sampling and stories about the times before Independence and the wars. Learn some old folk stories and history spoken from a wise woman.

During the trip, enjoy a hearty local lunch, followed by some time to relax on a tranquil beach.
