What people are saying about Central Mexico

This class was a highlight of our stay in Oaxaca. Learned about the local peoples, their food and traditions. The tour through the market and finding new ingredients was an adventure. The kitchen was large with room for everyone to complete their tasks that were assigned by the leader, Martin (who was an amazing organizer!) The menu that Martin devised on the fly to accommodate everyone's dietary requirements came together smoothly and the feast we all enjoyed at the end was one of the best meals we had on our trip. Will sign up again on our next trip. Highly recommend.

BEST idea to do this early morning before the crowds and the intense sun, although it means being up and at the meeting place by 6:50 am! Teotihuacan is a marvel, and our guide Carla was able to capture important points without overwhelming us with information. Tour includes climbing and walking on dusty roads, but it's worth seeing the magnificence of a once great empire. The tequila tasting was a fun bonus, as we didn't realize there were that many variations, including pulque and a liqueur! Restaurant wasn't great and not cheap, but it was okay.

Everything was amazing, Leonard and Serjio both of them were amazing, they have unbelievable information about the area and story of their nation! I’d recommend them to all travelers who are in Mexico City or planning to go there. It was my pleasure to be in their tour.

Great tour. Snorkeling was very good. We stopped three times to swim. The best snorkeling stop was near Playa Maguey The water is so clear. We saw a couple turtles and a spotted eagle stingray.

It's well worth the trip and fun!.. There were a total of 14 of us and we all hot along.. Thank you!
