What people are saying about Central Mexico

Our guide, Les, was fabulous. Very Knowledgeable about chocolate making and Mexican chocolate history (as well as Mexican history in general). Charming storyteller and great “host” made for a perfect afternoon — tour included premiere chocolate tasting from chocolate drinks to pastries with chocolate to truffles to churro with chocolate at all the best local spots. Highly recommend!

Really fun range of chocolate based treats - not all sweet - savory too! Lots of history and interesting stories that really rounded out our experience here while keeping the kids engaged. Great choice for families.

Les/Alex was wonderful. Each chocolate and food experience was combined with fantastic stories that captured Mexican and local culture and history!
