The reason for the programme adjustment is the postponement of the planned season start of the new cogwheel railway.*** Embark on a day trip from Lucerne and ascend Mount Pilatus by cable car. Go on a hike and kick pack on the panorama terrace, descended the mountain by cogwheel railway, and complete your experience with a return journey by boat. Depart Lucerne and relax aboard a comfortable coach on the drive to Kriens. Then, climb aboard the panoramic gondolas and journey to Fräkmüntegg to board the aerial Dragon Ride cable car up the mountain. Get magnificent views of the snow-capped peaks from the panoramic windows. Arrive at the top of Mt. Pilatus, 2,132 meters above sea level and feel like a bird as you survey your surroundings. Hike to the summit or venture down the Dragon Trail where dragons with healing powers were thought to live in the Middle Ages. Relax on the panoramic terrace and take in the magnificent vistas of the mountains and lakes. Eat at one of the restaurants to enjoy lunch on top of the world. Get ready for the ride of a lifetime as you descend the mountain on the world's steepest cogwheel railway. Arrive in Alpnachstad to embark on a one-hour cruise back to Lucerne on the beautiful "Lake of the 4 Cantons" (only during summer).

Visit Switzerland and explore for yourself the picturesque image of a Swiss chalet village. See Les Diablerets, in the heart of the Alps Vaudoises. Spend free time here hiking at the Col, or take the cable car up to the glacier. If you take the option of the cable car, jump into the mountains with the Glacier 3000, on the only bridge in the world which connects 2 summits, known as Peak Walk. The glacier offers the Alpine Coaster during the summer season, allowing you to enjoy nature and the spectacular scenery of the Alps mountains around you. Take advantage of the fun park and the adventures of the snow as sleds are waiting for you. Around 3:00 PM, descend to board the bus to Montreux and enjoy free time to feel the good vibes of this artistic city. Take in the views of Lake Geneva before returning to Lausanne.

Day 1 From your arrival, we will be at your disposal to take care of all your transfers. Your local driver will greet you in the arrivals hall of Zurich Airport and lead you to your vehicle to transfer to the hotel. Day 2 Your driver will meet you in the lobby, the first stop is at the center of Zurich. You will meet your local guide to see the Old Town, the Grossmunster, Bahnhofstrasse, Paradeplatz, Fraumuenster church, and the Limmatquai. In the city of Lucerne, you will see the Chapel Bridge, Lion Monument, Jesuit Church, Old City. After exploring Zurich and Lucerne, your transfer will take you to your hotel in Interlaken. Day 3 The day is customized to start in the Swiss Capital of Bern, to explore the Old City via a walking tour, Holy Ghost Church, Spitalgasse Street, and Barenplatz, the Clock Tower. At your next stop - the town of Gruyères - the homeland of Swiss cheese and chocolate, where you can see how Swiss cheese and chocolate are made and even have a taste for yourself. Also, you can see the town of Gruyères with it its castle, dating right back to the 13th century. With the taste of real Swiss cheese and chocolate still on your tongue, you will return to your Interlaken hotel. Day 4 Be ready at 09:00 and leave to discover Lauterbrunnen. You will see the spectacular Trummelbach Falls and Staubbach Falls, among the highest free-falling waterfalls in Europe. The entire village is characterized by its Swiss chalet-style buildings. After enjoying the beauty of Lauterbrunnen, your private departure to Zermatt will be ready and waiting. Day 5 The day begins in Zermatt: fantastic view of the Matterhorn, alpine purity, and wilderness! Zermatt is a place to enjoy to the fullest. The Zermatt skiing area. Day 6 Your day will begin with a panoramic train ride through the Alps by Glacier Express. You will pass through hundreds of tunnels and bridges to reach the Olympic village St. Moritz. When you reach St. Moritz, your local driver will greet you and take you to your comfortable hotel. Day 7 You will have plenty of free time in the village and the whole day to take advantage of the SPA thermal baths in Ovaverva, to regain lots of positive energy. Day 8 Your private ride will depart from St. Moritz at 09:00 to visit Heidi village. You will next discover Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein,  and the home of the royal family. You may enjoy the walking tour with its medieval Baroque and Gothic buildings and the beauty of Vaduz Castle, where the Prince of Liechtenstein resides.  After your day of discovery, you will return to Zurich.  Day 9 Your private transfer will pick you up and smoothly take you to the airport. 73 Alpine peaks and countless lakes ensure a unique and unforgettable all-round view at Mt. Pilatus which is located outside Luzern. The typical Golden Round Trip (Jun-Oct) offers a wonderful excursion: first by lake boat on Lake Lucerne to Alpnachstad. From there by the world's steepest cogwheel train to Mt. Pilatus. On the return travel by panoramic aerial cableway via Kriens and by local bus back to Luzern. Families and adventure seekers are also very welcome on the Pilatus. Central Switzerland's largest rope park is on the Fräkmüntegg. Numerous attractions await you on Mount Pilatus. Or enjoy the time on the large viewing terrace. Cogwheel railway and the scheduled lake board are closed from Nov-May. During this time you reach Mt. Pilatus by cableway and you'll take a one-hour scenic lake cruise in Luzern instead.

Mount Pilatus is a mountain massif with several peaks, overlooking Lucerne. The top can be reached with the Pilatus Railway, the world's steepest cogwheel railway, from Alpnachstad, operating from May to November (depending on snow conditions) and the whole year with the aerial panorama gondolas and aerial cableways from Kriens. The classical "Golden Round Trip" involves taking the lake boat from Luzern across to Alpnachstad, going up by the cogwheel railway, and returning down on the aerial cableways and panorama gondolas to Kriens, from where the bus takes you back to Luzern. Your tour guide leads you on this round trip through varied landscapes and wonderful views and shows you a few places away from the tourist flow
