The driver was not in the designated area when we looked for him we waited for about 30mins then he showed up with a small sign of the company name. The driver speaks minimal English but he’s courteous & polite. Otherwise the rest of our activity is good we arrived in our hotel safe&well and timely. I suggest to use a bigger sign in bright color for easy look out. I will use the service again in the future.

After arriving & finally getting through immigration & customs I proceeded quickly to pick up my wifi which took me 5 minutes. Then I took my children to the bathroom & heard them announcing my name at the airport as the driver was obviously looking for us. After being picked up I was then informed how long he had waited for us & that our transfer was now going to take 2 hours as we had to drop other passengers off first who he informed had been waiting 40 min for us. I was then asked for the address of where I was being taken to & I handed driver the paperwork which he handed back to me saying you have to read it out to me. My expectation was the driver would have had my Airbnb addresss already. I’m not sure how much quicker I coujd have been getting to the car & this experience ended up inyitially being very stressful & upsetting. The driver calmed down & ended up being a nice man but I’m not sure if I’d use this service again.

After our long haul flight and clearing customs at Narita, there was a man waiting for us in the arrival hall with our names on a sign. He was a local taxi owner who are contracted for work when the shuttle bus isn't available. This was great! The driver could not have been more polite, friendly and pointed out landmarks on the way. He was happy to provide info on places to go and see while in Tokyo. No issues and very easy! I would highly recommend and will use again if I return to Tokyo
