The trip was fantastic--wet from the rain, but the docent was a great speaker and very informative and knowledgeable. My friend has a mobility issue, and the staff held the boat for us, as well as placed him in a wheelchair and put a ramp down very quickly, enabling us to get on the boat in a timely manner. At the end of the excellent trip, they once again sprang into action and Rambo (one of the staff) and a couple of others went to the trouble of pushing him in the wheelchair over to the taxi stand and made sure we were able to get into a taxi that would work for him. The staff were outstanding, and I can't give them enough praise!

Sam, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and definitely excited about what he does. The cruise took us along the three branches of the Chicago River. It was amazing seeing all the architectural history along side new construction. Fantastic tour and a must for anyone wanting to learn more about the history of Chicago!!

We learned a tremendous amount about the city’s history and architecture. It was a great experience for our multi-generational family. It was a bit confusing knowing which cruise line our tickets were with but the staff were helpful and friendly. I hole they pay Vic very well for his in depth, entertaining tour of the city. He deserves big tips.
