I bought skip the line tickets on line, never received them and had to pay again (for 6 people) when I got there. The ticket seller found my name, but I didn’t have the confirmation number, so she had me pay again. The Art Institute was fabulous, but I shouldn’t have had to pay twice.

This is a good pass worth the money. However I gave it 4 not 5 stars because my only issue is how 360 makes you do reservations online but their website continues to have system errors making it hard to book if you can book. I've been trying to reserve this time slot and can't cause all I get is a technical error screen. And you can't get anyone on the phone. Very frustrating.

It was a great experience. The only suggestion I would say is to have a few more places to sit while drinking your cocktail. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We enjoyed our day with Stefan. He was friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. With COVID restrictions and so many things not open yet, I think this made the tour a little difficult. We drove around a long time with Google Maps to find the Frank Lloyd Wright homes. I feel that guides should remember this info or have a cheat sheet to use. Otherwise, we enjoyed it. Also, upon signing up, it says someone from the local place will contact you. This did not happen. I had to email and confirm the night before that the tour was happening and the time/pick up location was correct. They should’ve reached out to me.
