What people are saying about Circus Maximus

Francesca was AMAZING! She was very thorough and knowledgable of the history, and very pleasant to the entire group. She made sure we stayed in the shade as much as possible since it was hot at the end of May when we went, and always asked the group if anyone needed to stop for water at the natural fountains throughout the tour. The tour overall was very worth it if you wish to know more about the history rather than just walking around and seeing the ruins. I learned a lot and had no idea the forum was excavated to see what is seen today. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the forum, colosseum and palatine hill for the first time. This was my second time seeing these sites, but my first time I did not have a tour guide. It’s worth it to know the history, and it helps you appreciate everything in Rome so much more. Side note: You do not explore ALL the ruins in the Roman forum, so be sure to take as many pictures as possible while in the Forum or at Palatine Hill!
