Good experience overall — the boat is new and very nice. There's a bar on board serving drinks and food, all is served which is great. However, the trip was rather short (barely over an hour) and there was no information/guidance during the trip, it would have been nice to have it. In addition, the instructions of the meeting point can be better, even local taxi drivers had trouble finding it.

It was a good experience. We had some problems with arriving in time to the tour and after a few calls the company was willing to reschedule our boat tour to the next time slot. The weather was amazing and it's a great experience to chill and see some attractions of Cologne.

Fantastic! I would definitely recommend this to everyone who is visiting Cologne. Staff was very professional, and it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The top deck was a bit crowded because this was a very busy time of the year but it was still amazing. It helped that the weather was very good, it's only for an hour but you get to see all the major landmarks. The bathroom was immaculately clean, it is clear that they do things efficiently and properly in a classic German fashion.
