Informative!

Learnt a lot about Copenhagen .. A great way to get your bearings when you first arrive into the city & what to see & what to avoid. 5 minute stop at the little mermaid to get off & take photos! Sit upstairs at the front of bus.. much better view naturally! :-)

Many beautiful, valuable photo shoot moments and many boarding points

Good bus with lots of seats on the top floor with a good view. Sometimes a bit tight and only one staircase up / down. Many beautiful places to get off and on. It is difficult that you sometimes have to switch to a different bus due to a 30-minute break. If you were finally in a good place at the front, you had to switch again. Takes a lot of extra time, a whole lot of frustrated people and a nice seat away! Not really nice and not customer friendly. What was nice was that I could use both the red and green buses with my ticket, despite the fact that my printed ticket only showed a red hop-on-court-off bus. That was different in Stockholm !! Point for improvement: if you are carrying cruise passengers give some extra information about the last buses to the ships that are in the hovens. What you can just transport passengers for 5 different cruise ships and they all arrive on time at their own ship. Despite seeing a lot.
