You will begin your route towards Pájara, a small oasis among barren mountains. From here you will have views of its church, which is complete with an Aztec-style façade. You will then visit Tiscamanita, stopping at an aloe vera production plant where it is possible to see where this product is created out of agave plants on the island. Next up, you will continue to Betancuria, where you will visit the Casa Santa Maria, a traditional house which collects samples and customs of the inhabitants of the island. Lunch will then be en-route to your next destination, where delicious and traditional dishes will be waiting you. After lunch you will continue the route passing the Mirador de “los Guanches” on the way to the north, before reaching Oliva. Once here you will have a panoramic view of the House of the Colonels, a former residence of the island’s authorities. Afterwards, you can see the beautiful beaches of the Dunes of Corralejo, complete with a photo-stop. This idyllic beach has been a natural setting for various Hollywood production films.

From Corralejo, drive for 5 minutes to the Sand Dunes Natural Park and admire the dunes that slide into the ocean. Take time to explore before a scenic ride along the eastern coast of Fuerteventura, passing through Puerto del Rosario and other small villages. Admire the beautiful lagoons and capture the best panoramic shots on the road across the central mountains to Pájara, a quaint rural town. Stop for lunch in Ajuy, a picturesque fishing village, and try the local seafood. Visit the black sand beach or explore the exciting caves only a 30-minute walk away. Cross the Natural Park of Betancuria, the oldest part of the island which offers broad views over the Canyon of La Peñita. Follow the winding streets of Betancuria, the first Castilian settlement in the Canary Islands and the ancient capital of Fuerteventura. Keep an eye out for the island's native birds such as falcons, eagles, hawks, and vultures. Finally, witness stunning views of the Tindaya mountain (also known as the "Sacred Mountain").

The Discovery Tour: The most popular of the trike tours, the 4-hour Discovery Tour explores the west coast of Fuerteventura, stopping at the traditional Spanish village of Pajara, full of beautiful courtyards, docile donkeys and an amazing church. Great day, we visited many places on the island . Our driver/guide drove like Schumacher, but it still felt very safe. The number of places to visit and the time planned for them, felt well planned. We highly recommend this trip

Super organized and nice crew! Unfortunately we didn't see any dolphins, but we didn't mind. The trip with the speedboat makes you so excited!
