After being picked up between 5:00 AM and 5:30 AM from your hotel in Istanbul, you will be driven to the airport where you will catch a flight to Denizli. Meet your private guide in Denizli and make your first visit to Pamukkale.  The beautiful white cascades of Pamukkale is well worth a trip to see eye candy of a natural site. Walk through Pamukkale and find a chance to relax in the hot waters of the ancient pool. Built just above the hot spring waters of Pamukkale, Hierapolis is a mighty ancient city and a UNESCO world heritage site. Hierapolis was built in the 2nd century B.C. by the King of Pergamon and became a Roman city. The city was famous for several important sanctuaries and also as an important trade center. Hierapolis was famous for purple dye and cloth making and it is still famous for textile products. Afterwards, drive back to Denizli airport to make your flight back to Istanbul. The Istanbul tour guide will met you at the Istanbul airport and transfer you to your hotel in Istanbul.

Start the tour with pickup from your hotel at 4:00 AM. Meet your guide and board the air-conditioned bus. Your first stop will be at Korkuteli Town, where you’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast in a local restaurant. Next, continue the journey to Salda Lake. Once you’ve arrived at the lake, enjoy 1 hour to take photos and swim in the natural mud baths. After your swim, drive from Salda Lake to Pamukkale, stopping for lunch along the way. Spend a full day marveling at ancient, multi-cultural architecture and monuments without worrying about any of the details of traveling and organizing. You’ll start your day with pickup from your hotel in Istanbul, bright and early at 5:15 AM for a transfer to the airport for your 7:30 AM flight to Izmir. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted and brought to Ephesus to meet with your guide and take your Ancient City Tour. Ephesus is an iconic former-Greek city, built in the 10th century, famed for its temples, monuments, and theaters. Known as the commercial, religious, and social center of antiquity, this is sure to be the highlight to your whole visit to Turkey. Explore the city’s combination of Greek, Roman and Byzantine markers of civilization. Visit the Fountains of Trajan, Polio, the Temples of Hadrian and Domition, the Library of Celcius, the Great Theater (with capacity for 24,000 spectators), the Temple of Artemis, and the House of the Virgin Mary.   On the second half of your day, you’ll be taken to Pamukkale, known for its natural thermal spring waters. Pamukkale means “cotton castle” in Turkish—due to the chemical properties of the water, pure white colored travertines and stepped water terraces have been created on the mountain’s slope, resembling piles of cotton. Visit the ancient city of Hierapolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The highlight of this site will be the Sacred Pool, which you can enter if you choose. There, shallow thermal waters ripple over a wonderful scattering of ancient Roman ruins that lie beneath. You’ll also see its Necropolis, which contains 1200 gravestones, including that of Marcus Aurelius Ammianos.   After your tour, you’ll be transferred back to Denizli Airport for your 7:00 PM flight to Istanbul, and then taken back to your hotel.

After pick up, have a 3 hours long drive with a break on the midway through breath taking views of Meander Valley, mountains, farming lands, fruit tree gardens, small towns and villages. You will visit Hierapolis. The Necropolis (cemetery) of Hierapolis is one of the biggest ancient cemeteries in Anatolia with 1,200 graves, Roman Bath, Domitian Gate, the Main Street, Byzantian Gate. Then you take a short walk over to the natural warm water terraces which were formed by running warm water that contains high levels of calcium. A swim in the effervescent waters of the Sacred Pool should be at the top of the list on any travel itinerary. In addition to a high level of natural radioactivity, the water contains calcium bicarbonate, calcium sulfate, magnesium and carbon dioxide and after a swim, you should simply dry off and let the minerals do their magic. You will be given enough free time to be on your own pace as well to get better feeling of site of Pamukkale. In late afternoon 3 hours drive back to Kusadasi and return to your hotel or point of your departure.

You will start your day as you are collected from your accommodation, one hour before sunrise. This is approximately 6:30 AM in winter and 4:30 AM in Summer. Witness an amazing sunrise up in the air and see perfect panoramic views of the stunning landscape in Pamukkale. Choose from a great variety of routes to see the unique beauty of Pamukkale. The landing point will depend on the weather conditions on the day. Once your balloon has landed, celebrate your experience with fruit juice and cake. Then, as the sun begins to rise, float to an altitude of about 1,000 feet (300 meters) for extraordinary 360-degree views of Cappadocia. The wind will transport you across the valleys and mountains for about 45 minutes to 1-hour, depending on the weather. Marvel at the unique rocks and caves of the region from a bird’s eye perspective. Toast your landing with a glass of sparkling Champagne, and get your personal flight certificate before the transfer back to your hotel at about 08:00 AM and the start of the rest of your day.

Hierapolis, or "holy city", was an ancient Greco-Roman city in Phrygia, located on top of hot springs in Southwest Anatolia. Its ruins are adjacent to the modern city of Pamukkale. Hierapolis is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hot springs there have been used as a spa since the 2nd century B.C, when people came to soothe their ailments and many of them retiring or dying there. Some of the highlights include the large sarcophagi-filled necropolis, the main street with its gates and latrines, the cathedral, the theater, and St. Philips Tomb. The hot springs causing cascades which are called the Cotton Castle. At the conclusion of your day of sightseeing, you will return back to Antalya.

Visit the spectacular natural springs of Pamukkale near Ephesus on this full-day sightseeing tour from Kusadasi. Visit the Old Gates, the cemetery, and the theatre of Hierapolis (part of the James Bond film shoot).  Take in the waterfall known as Travertines, and swim in the calcified pools made famous by Cleopatra. At the end of the tour sit back as you are delivered to the airport for a short flight back to Istanbul.

Your full-day excursion begins in the early morning as you are picked up from your Antalya hotel. From there you will begin your drive to Pamukkale. Following a small lunch break, you will visit the cascading snow-white terraced cliffs of this mysterious Cotton Palace. The calcite-laden waters that created this unreal landscape come from springs located in a 200-meter-high cliff that overlooks the plain. Whilst there, you will be free to marvel at the mineral forests, petrified waterfalls, and the series of terraced basins which have been created by these waters. At the end of the 2nd century B.C., the kings of Pergamon established the thermal spa of Hierapolis. The ruins of the baths, temples and other Greek monuments can be seen at the site, with the temples having been significant trade centers for ancient Hierapolis.
