Meeting point with the guide was easy to find . Our guide Lole was very knowledgeable and her English was very good . She has good knowledge of history and she’s a very pleasant person . She made our tour a memorable experience. The tour was easy going . Few steps to master . In St Marks cathedral no lift so for people who have difficulty in doing steps cannot go up to the second floor to enjoy the views of the Piazza however they can enjoy views of Venice from the Doges palace . Really enjoyed the Doges palace , the paintings are simply amazing and the rest of the artifacts , weapons and armory of the soldiers so impressive. Interesting walk through the prison inside the palace .Amazing experience . Would definitely recommend it!! Thanks Lole!

It was very informative and a great way to understand all the highlights of both the Basilica and the Palace. Francesca had us engaged and attentive the whole time! If it weren't for this tour we'd just be overwhelmed at looking at all the art and not really understanding the significance of the important ones.

It was worth the extra cost to buy the tickets ahead of time. We did not wait to enter the palace. There was about an hour’s wait to buy tickets on-site.

This place is a must when in Venice! Lines were short but we were able to cut because of a reserved ticket. Much faster process!

Excellent tour - easy to find entrance - ticket worked perfectly . You go over the bridge of sighs - fantastic experience
