Embark on a guided tour by one of the brewers through the distillery where you will be shown what it takes to make a superb rum. Walking past the ferments you will get an understanding of the quality that is produced here.  Learn about the ingredients used to make a premium rum and see the bottling area which is where the true work happens, all done by hand.  Next, you will see the barrelhouse where you will see millions of dollars of rum.  By this time all that work will leave you thirsty so step into an air-conditioned cellar for a tasting.
