The trip went smoothly with Rashid and his driver Bader picking us up on time. We stopped after an hour for a fine view of the hills at coffee/toilet stop. Rashid reminded us of the itinerary. The scenery to Ouazazate is stunning and particularly great at the top of the pass where we stopped again. The film studio tour in Ouazazate is brilliant, even more so if you've actually seen a few of films made there e.g Gladiator, The Mummy, Lawrence of Arabia, Blackhawk Down etc.. our guide there was witty and informative. Lunch at Ait Ben Haddhu was a bit pricy but tasted good. Our guide round the village was excellent and multi lingual. The village is unique and worth a good hike around. Our drive back to Marrakech was via an alternative route, which was scenic and interesting. Arrived back around 8pm highly satisfied. Well done Rashid and Bader, plus the other nice guides too. Trip was great value for money!
Visit 100% recommended whether accompanied or alone. Rashid has been very attentive and has accompanied us with humor and information at all times, even with a pleasant offer for lunch. Generates a pleasant atmosphere in the group during the trip. Entering the film studio is optional but we encourage you to do so, it is a unique experience!
Fantastic trip and great, honest and kind driver- we were lucky to have Hamid for the trip! He made lots of stops for us to take photos and enjoy the day. Mt Atlas was spectacular and so was Kasbar! Do However prepare yourself for a FULL DAY TRIP!
