There is a lot to see, and the map at the start is a good indicator of what there is to see and the animal's location. What would have helped is an interactive map (app) to plan your journey around the park. See what shows or demonstrations are on, and the time it will take to get to the next animal location. We were disappointed that not many of the animals were out. Understandably there are reasons but perhaps a notice or information board (or even on the app) to let visitors know which animals /enclosures are closed. The other thing that we were disappointed in was the lack of facilities, especially when you have young children with you. The facilities out by the African outpost were closed with the nearest comfort stop, and hot drinks were by the station, and then this was limited. That all said, we enjoyed the experience and would recommend visiting Whipsnade Zoo.

I bought my Granddaughter a voucher to feed the Giraffes for her Birthday. It was well worth it! The keepers were very informative and clearly they enjoy their job. Whipsnade is lovely because it is so spread out. The enclosures for the animals are all well thought out and very clean. The only downfall is too many cars driving around. It's not a Safari Park. Walking around is the fun part.

Plenty to see in nice surroundings

All types of animals on view, we saw most of them. Nice encloses plenty of space for the animals. My father needs a wheelchair to get around but there could be some improvement to some areas. Plenty of occasional seating throughout site along with `guides ` in various areas to assist (Nice touch!)
