We had the most fantastic guide, Pepe. Unfortunately, there was a ‘technical incident’ and a long delay to the opening of the tower. We were of the first there and it was chaotic but he was reassuring and made sure he kept us up to date and he got us in with no bother in the end after a long wait. He was knowledgeable and amusing.

I have to congratulate the guide, helpful and kind guy, willing to call you on the phone if you are not at the meeting point, excellent guided tour and perfect accompaniment. Nice and friendly and speaks many languages

We had a wonderful time walking the streets of Paris. Adèle was just superb! It was the most joyful experience.
