The harbor tour that took place at the beginning of the tour was very well organized and the information was conveyed competently and clearly by the captain. We can only thank you again for that. The subsequent tour with guide "Hannes" was incredibly empathetic and responsive to the group. He spanned a great and informative arc around Hamburg, Speicherstadt, flood protection, Elbphilharmonie and Hafencity. We would also like to thank Hannes for the excellent tour. Very competent and selfless. I can only recommend him very much.

We were traveling as a group of 15 people. Our guide provided us with detailed information about the planning and construction and of course the necessary costs. Well, we found that this information was given away from the Elphi and thus the crowd. Therefore, everything was understandable and also inquiries were possible and were readily answered by the guide. The subsequent tour of the Elbphilharmonie and along the Plaza gave us a unique view. We recommend this tour!

We had booked the Elbe Philharmonic Hall. Despite the constant downpour, everything went perfectly: the meeting point was easy to find, the app gave us detailed information and guidance, and the tour did not fall into the water. The guide Hannes reacted professionally to the weather. In general, it was the highlight, super informal, funny, great details. It was really fun! We would do it again at any time.

Our guide was great. The group is relatively small and manageable. The tour was extremely interesting, questions were answered very extensively and professionally. The tour had a common thread, but it wasn't boring either because the guide approached the whole thing in a very humorous way. I would do this tour again at any time and / or recommend it!

The tour and the harbor cruise was very good and we can only recommend. Many thanks
