Full description
Day 1 – Perth to Margaret River Begin your adventure traveling south from Perth with a first stop in Busselton. Enjoy a coffee and a stroll the white sandy beach and chat about what exciting things are to come. You’ll also stop at Meelup, and embark on a 2-hour hike to Cape Naturalist and the incredible vistas of the Leeuwin-Naturalise National Park. Experience a memorable underground didgeridoo performance at Ngilgi Cave, before dinner and spending the night at Big Valley Caravan Park. Day 2 – Margaret River to Walpole Head to Surfers Point, then hike a scenic section of the Cape to Cape Track from Redgate Beach to Contos. Then, it’s time to eat, drink and be merry, tasting the delicious local fare of Margaret River by visiting its boutique breweries, chocolate, cheese and even a fudge factory. You will have time to browse and explore. Stay at Peaceful Bay Caravan Park, which has shower and toilet facilities. Day 3 – Walpole & Albany Region Take an early morning stroll along Peaceful Bay, before heading to William Bay National Park. See Greens Pool, and cruise along the coastline to Albany with its rock sculptures and granite bluffs. You’ll also see the Porongorups, hike the ancient forest to Castle Rock, and drive through Stirling. Spend the night at the Mt Trio campsite, which has shower and toilet facilities. Day 4 – Mt Trio to Cape Le Grand National Park Drive towards Esperance and take a dip at Twilight Beach, before heading to the Cape Le Grand National Park. Set up camp at Lucky Bay, where you will find an ocean colored all imaginable shades of blue, and have a bush walk or kick back on the beach. You’ll stay two nights in the well-equipped camping area. Day 5 - Cape Le Grand National Park Sunrise Wander onto the beach nice and early to catch the spectacular sunrise. Later in the day, embark on hike to climb Frenchman Peak to watch a beautiful sunset on your last night together with the group. Day 6 – Esperance to Perth Journey back to Perth including a lunch stop at the 2,700 million-year-old Wave Rock. Do some exploring and see the historic township of York, before your adventure tour comes to an end, rolling into Perth around 6.30 PM.

    • Dietary requirements can be catered for but must be advised at time of booking
    • Tours are camping adventures and participation and involvement will be required
    • Accommodation will be a mixture of national parks, campgrounds and bush camps
    • Individual swags will be provided but passengers must bring their own sleeping bag and pillow
    • What to bring: personal belongings, sleeping bag, travel pillow, torch, rain proof jacket, walking shoes, swimmers, towel, hat, sunscreen and comfy walking shoes
    • This tour requires a minimum of 6 people to operate. In the unlikely event it is cancelled for this reason, an alternative date or refund will be offered
    • All guests must complete an online check-in with the local partner prior to the activity, including a self-declaration to confirm being free from illness
    • Bags are restricted to 1 × 15kg backpack/soft travel bag per person, plus one small piece of hand luggage
