Superfriendly welcome by Sufyan, who went to the market with us to buy all the good stuff for cooking. then we went tho the beautiful riad, where hadiya and naima waited for us with tea and cookies, while they prepared kitchen. then we cooked together, they showed us everything and we had a lot of fun. we are sorry not to know earlier, we would have loved to cook a little more and invite them to eat with us. highly highly reccommended!!

This was a really great experience. We were met by our driver at the agreed time and he gave us highlights of points on our route. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts and taken to the market to purchase our ingredients and choose our meat at the butcher. We feel like we made new friends during our intense prep and cooking. We all ate together and did a lot of laughing. The food was DELICIOUS!

A wonderful and relaxing experience and we enjoyed every minute. Our hosts spoke very good English were very knowledgeable and informative. After shopping for ingredients they showed us how to make the best lamb tagine ever and a vegetable accompaniment. We also made two Moroccan salads washed down with mint tea and freshly squeezed orange juice. Would highly recommend this cooking class.

It's a great experience to learn and cook traditional Moroccan dishes. It was also very unique opportunity to talk to the chef to learn more about fes and Morocco culture. We really enjoyed the cooking class and we thought we cooked the best tajine ever! Highly recommended.

Very warm welcome, successful shopping and preparation and meals, an experience that will leave us with fond memories. Thank you
