Loved Fitzroy Island. It was an excellent day and we snorkelled with turtles the highlight of our trip ... However in the future I would spend the night to take full advantage of the snorkelling at different times of the day and also probably take a bigger vessel to Fitzroy. Unfortunately we had unseasonable weather and the crossing was quite choppy... it was bearable for those who don't get seasick but it wasn't so pleasant for those who do. Being on a larger vessel may have helped this a little.

Easy to book Staff were helpful and friendly It really is just a ferry over to the island and in no way anything more however it gets you to and from Fitzroy which is the most incredible place to visit. Perhaps a bit pricey for what it is , $89 to simply sit on the ferry across. Can hire snorkel gear on board and there are also refreshments to purchase. However maybe this should be included in the $89.

The island is just Devine. Very relaxing and beautiful. The knowledge and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The coral tour on the glass bottom boat was definitely a favourite of ours.

The crew is excellent, friendly and helpful. Also, Fitzroy Island is an amazing place to stay.

Pleasant journey to a small island near Cairns. Packed lunch of sufficient quantity.
