We had an amazing trip from Florence to Cinque Terre. Luciana was our guide & is an incredibly warm, intelligent guide who took excellent care of us. She was very thoughtful, proactive, incredibly well organized, & gave us options at multiple junctions. She gave us so much good historical background on each city we visited & those we drove thru. She is so knowledgeable about the vegetation in Cinque Terre & provided excellent info,p that was invaluable I can’t say enough positive about how wonderful Luciana is to her clients. She made our day so incredibly special & that has given us lasting memories. GetYourGuide n no Tours are very fortunate to have such an effective ambassador representing them.

At first we were a bit disappointed because the rafting itself was not the adventure we (and especially our kids) expected. More like rowing a rafting boat. The Arno is not a rough river so looking back it should not have been a surprise but maybe the organisation could better use a different term. But Marco was so super and his kindness, enthousiasm and interesting stories made it a lovely experience after all. Had a really good time! We recommended it to our friends who visited Florence, also told them to ask for Marco ;)

From beginning to end, Lucian’s took great care to ensure my maximum comfort and enjoyment during this activity- packed day. Her knowledge of the terrain, history, flora and fauna along with the best places to dine and shop was invaluable. Navigating from car, to train, boat, and back would have been overwhelming without her. With her it was a joy and pleasure. Above and beyond what I had hoped for.
