This is a really good way to book tickets in Florence. Its clear, easy and flexible. Its really helpful to have the calendar and the option to cancel, instructions for what to do when you get to the different places, along with maps and directions is really helpful. There is a lot to see in Florence, and this make it very easy to manage.

Beautiful! Exhausting climb but great experience! Much harder than climbing St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome. You can’t go in until your assigned time. The person handing you your tickets wears a bright yellow vest and is seated at the back of the church, where you enter to climb the dome. Was a little hard to find her at first but once we found her it was easy to get out tickets from her. Tickets are valid for multiple days and cover multiple attractions. If you decide to do everything in the tickets, it should take you at least half the day.

The 3rd party travel agency shared the meeting point with me on WhatsApp the day before. It was a bit confusing as the message didn’t specify that it is related to my booking through getyourguide. We did end up retrieving the ticket successfully and really enjoyed the views from the cupola. I would recommend their service.
