The organization of the tour was well done. Our guide was also good, the information about the cathedral was interesting. However, the tour was over after 30 minutes even though we paid for 45 minutes. All in all, the biggest plus was the priority skip-the-line entry. But it was a very expensive fun.

They attended us on time but they need a guide in Spanish. They ask you not to wear sandals and the guide is the first to wear them. It doesn't affect me, but try to be consistent on that. Either they remove that recommendation or leave the guide to wear espadrilles. Thank you

It only makes sense to visit the church with a guide. We had a very nice experience and heard a nice story about the duomo. And most importantly-we did not have much time in Florence and guided tour allowed to skip the entrance line.
