A must see in Florence. The bell tower is one of the highest points in the city and offers great views. Tha audioguide can be a little confusing and if you see the bell tower first, you will have to re-enter the museum portion which is easy enough but can be a little alarming as you are being shepherded to the exit.

Everything went fine, although the Audioguide in the palazzo is not as good as it seems like. It looks super professional, with tablet and 3d map and everything, but it is really confusing sometimes and we just abandoned it halfway through. Now about the service itself, it is exactly as it is advertised, easy to find and very straightforward, so we were happy.
