They had technical issues the day before our tour, they contacted us right away and told us we had a few options and to see if they would work for us instead. We ended up getting upgraded to a full day tour for the same cost. Absolutely amazing experience. Alice was our tour guide and she was very nice and easy to talk to. I would 100% say this tour made our Florence trip that much better. Book the excursion!!
