I enjoyed the tour but had a hard time understanding and hearing the guide. The devices had a lot of static and she talked very quietly. I loved her accent but I’m afraid it was difficult to understand her, especially with the static. The museum is so amazing, however, thst this really did not matter to me in the long run.

The tour guide was very nice. It was a small group which I prefer. I understood our tour guide very well and she did a great job of explaining the art. There was another couple who only spoke Italian so she had to go back and forth from English to Italian that part got a little strained. But other than that, highly recommend.

The tour was at a nice pace and our tour guide was knowledgeable. However, we paid extra to skip the line however, she took us into the same line as others who purchased regular tickets. I was not the only one who was questioning why she had us in the regular ticket line. Luckily, the line was not that long and moved at a decent speed.
