Excellent tour

We enjoyed this tour. The gardens are charming and also offer some great panoramic views. The palace is the richest decorated museum we have seen in Florence - a real pleasure to see it. A special mention for our guide Valentina - a very professional and also a charming person.

Il tour privato è stato reso estremamente piacevole da una guida molto preparata e disponibile... peccato che il tour operator locale abbia gestito la mancanza dell'ingresso prioritario con poca educazione; difatti, sebbene nel tour, costato più di 300 euro, fosse previsto l'ingresso prioritario , abbiamo fatto mezz'ora di inguistificata fila e, alle nostre garbate proteste, ci è stato risposto che avevano mandato molto presto una persona a fare i biglietti per noi. Se abbiamo accettato di fare comunque il tour è stato solo per rispetto della guida. In realtà avremmo voluto solo essere informati in modo da poter scegliere.
