Chiara - she was brilliant! A Florentine by background, she had such a warmth and passion for the city. She was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent linguistics in English, Italian, and Spanish (for what I could hear!). This walking tour is a must addition to an art walking tour - loved it!

This tour is a tips based tour which means that you pay what you feel the tour is worth. Even though there were a lot of people on the English tourband that there were a lot of tourists everywhere (August is the high season), we were able to follow the tour without problems and our guide Chiara was very good and very knowledgeable. The only thing I should mention is that the title is a bit misleading as there aren't that many dark secrets and legends. This is a historical walking tour of Florence and you will learn a few things about buildings and places in the center of Florence.

This is the tour that gives you the "other" side of the history of Florence, honestly this is a great tour full of interesting information about Florence , it is almost like Florence Trivia!:) fun and well narrated. After the tour I realized how much I did not know about Florence both past and present. Really well done!!
