Very good experience, however the identification of the meeting point and the description of the host did not correspond to what was advertised, which made contact difficult and it was necessary to establish a telephone contact with the organization to clarify. The host is friendly and helpful and the tasting is great.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience. Our chef guide Stefan and his assistant Agnes were very personable, knowledgeable and taught us how to make a typical 4 course Tuscan cuisine. We started with a comprehensive tour around the Mercato, where we were given the opportunity to taste test different aged vinegars, truffles and olive oils. We then went to Chef Factory, where we were met by the very friendly owner. They run a range of courses over the week, including a pizza and galto course, and a pasta making one. We made our own Tiramisu, pasta with kale and walnut pesto, chicken and vinegar veg, and a mozzarella tomato aubergine stacks. All thorough delicious, and easy to try again at home. Truly a delicious and recommend experience.

It was amazing! The tour in the market was interesting and the oil tasting was great. It could have been a little shorter though so that there will be more time for cooking. Our group was small so it was very pleasant. We cooked 4 dishes and it was delicious. Francesco was very funny and we loved the whole experience!
