Start the tour with pick up from your hotel in Foz do Iguaçu. Travel for 5-km to the Puerto Macuco forest base on the Argentinian side of the Iguazu National Park. From the visitor center, embark on a thrilling hike through the jungle, descending 100 meters until you arrive at the river.  From here, climb aboard a specially designed boat and sail for another 6 kilometers through the canyon of the Iguaçu Lower River towards the waterfalls. A tip, if you want the best views and picture opportunities, try to sit on the right side of the boat. Enjoying crashing through the rapids, then continue on to the base of the Salto Tres Mosqueteros to see the Brazilian Jumps and Devil's Throat waterfalls. Feel the incredible rush of emotions as you get close to the incomparable Salto San Martin waterfalls, the largest cascade that can be approached by boat. To finish the tour, disembark at the pier located in front of the island San Martín, from where you can walk along a network of boardwalks through the lower circuit of the falls. The current caused by the waterfalls will provide you with moments of great excitement and adrenaline - as you end this unforgettable tour. Good communication prior to the trip, and quick responses especially via email. The WhatsApp communication was a bit confusing and patchy, would recommend getting in touch with the company via email. Our guide Douglas was excellent, very nice and accommodating as well as caring. The pick up was at the said time and Douglas helped us with all documents needed for the Argentinian and Brazilian border controls and explained the entire tour in detail. The views were incredible and the boat trip was highly enjoyable - definitely make sure to take an extra set of clothing because you will be drowned in water after the boat ride. We were able to skip the queue going back into Brazil due to the guide having a tourism marked car, so we got in and out of Brazil without any waiting time, making the trip highly efficient. Would highly recommend Douglas & the trip.

Argentinian side, Indispensable to take full advantage of this grandiose spectacle that nature offers us. We had a very competent and friendly guide who gave us very interesting explanations. The approach in the forest by the little train, the walk on the expanses of water thanks to the very comfortable metal footbridges, and the final reward: breathtaking view of the "garganta del diablo" (we are practically above the fall). This should not hide the other falls, certainly minor, but which do not demerit by their beauty. To discover thanks to the other routes. And to finish the attraction not to be missed, the showers under the waterfalls by boat. Again unforgettable and what an atmosphere on the boat. A small downside for our friends from the Brazilian park, who are trying to get customers for their boats and who don't hesitate to say anything about the water level on the Argentinian side!! Apart from that, the Brazilian side is also to be seen.

The day trip is well organized, the guide will take you across the border, and arrange tickets for the electric train and the boat trip in such a way that you don't have to wait much. It's just a pity that he didn't say much and constantly changed the plan so that you didn't know exactly where you stood. However, the beautiful nature and the great experience of the boat trip made up for it.
