Process for collecting bike and snorkel gear were super smooth and easy. Staff were super helpful and refund was lodged and returned in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

You don’t need to download the app. Everything goes through email. I will uninstall the app after this. However, the service and all were excellent, really value purchase.

Highly recommended! Absolutely amazing island. Important to prebook the bike hire if you don’t have your own as there was a lenthy wait time.

Didn't find doing it this way was any easier or better than just booking the ferry and hiring a bike prior to arrival.

The ferry trip was only short, at about 30 mins. The island was beautiful, we had the best time there.
