We went with Andreas. It was a great tour with a lot of humor. We sat a part of the tour upstairs: I recommend a scarf and hat, it was very windy despite 17°. We sat down for the rest of the tour and were still able to see and enjoy everything without the wind.

The rides were great and sometimes very entertaining. I got on three times in total, we received insider tips, you could see a lot of this great city both on the top and bottom of the bus. I think the price is absolutely fine. Only to be recommended!

Nice tour complemented by interesting input from the driver. would i do it again
