Our cooking class with Tomaso went very well. His apartment was 10 minutes walk from our hotel. We wanted to learn how to make pasta. We were served: gnocchi, maltagliati and stuffed mezzaluna hold no secrets for us. I was with my 2 teenagers (14 and 17). They participated well and were happy with the experience. Tomaso is a rather discreet but very well organized host. He had concocted some good sauces for us to enhance the pasta and we had lunch at his place. We warmly recommend this activity.

We had an amazing and friendly tour guide & chef. The setting of the cooking class was also very beautiful, because you can cook in a small local restaurant. The class was very nice itself. You can make delicious food and you can learn a lot about the origin of the food because of the guide.

It was one of the beast thing in our travel. Our host was really nice. Class was relax, interesting and interactive. We are definitely going to make pasta again and have a Nice memory of this day/class. I really recommend it.
