Our tour guide Veronica was pleasant, welcoming and knowledgeable. She gave us lots of interesting information about the history of the Duomo and was very patient and understanding with my slower pace climbing the steps. Veronica was calm, professional and caring when I needed extra time before climbing the last few steps and ensured that I was feeling okay before continuing with providing the remainder of the tour information at the top. I couldn't imagine a better guide. Would highly recommend.

Very nice and interesting experience. Well managed by Get Your Guide who always kept me informed with email updates. The management in the field was very professional and keeping the timetables punctual.

Camilla was a wonderful guide

Excellent tour. A bit hard to figure out the place to meet but we managed. Our guide, Camilla was fantastic. Worth the climb and money for the experience and view.

Fantastic combination of museums, and the times were just right. The time slot of the Accademia was 14:00 and of the Uffizi at 15:30.
