Full description

Be collected at your accommodation in Las Palmas. Explore the historic city center and spend free time visiting a couple of museums or stroll through the traditional shopping area or market. Travel in a bus towards the volcanic mountain of Bandama, in the protected landscapes of Tafira. Journey past some of the island's vineyards as you make your way to the top of Bandama Mountain. Admire the stunning view over the whole northeast of the island and see the incredible caldera of the volcano. Drive through a residential area to the Botanical Garden of the Canaries, where your guide will teach you about the different kinds of plants and trees. Visit the ancient laurel forest and pine tree forest and marvel at the amazing cacti of different sizes in the cactus garden. You will be dropped off in the Old Town, at Santa Catalina Park, or in Maspalomas.

We liked the tour. Beautiful city, beautiful views, interesting information. But it’s strange, after a 20-minute tour of the old city, the guide gave us 1 hour and 10 minutes to drink coffee and see for ourselves what we went through. Although around us there are whole streets, temples, the whole city with many interesting historical monuments. The guide himself, after the announcement, quickly dissolved in the morning city. Why is the tour written for 4 hours, when 1.10 we ourselves drink coffee or independently look for historical places.

It said that you could be picked up from the hotel but when I called the organizer he saw that it was not possible. The guide was nice but hard to understand, I almost understood more when he spoke German than English. Incredibly impressive crater and nice garden, I just wish there had been some more flowers.
