They managed expectations as we were off to see wild animals - we did see the dolphins and a lone turtle. A lovely day out - but be prepared as it can get chilly out there, it was a sunny day but I still wore jeans and jumper and also wore my warm gilet when the wind picked up.

Very well organised. Kept in contact via email. Bus picked us up on time and only a few other pick ups which were dealt with quickly. Plenty of space on boat as not full. After 40 mins on boat we spotted dolphins and dolphins swam close to boat for 20 minutes. Was a joy to watch. No one was seasick but staff were going around checking everyone OK and saw them pass a bag to someone who was feeling a little queasy. Boat trip lasted 2 hours and transfer back was quick and efficient. Thorough recommend. Didn't see any whales but didn't mind as happy to have seen dolphins at such close range

The crew were very welcoming. More importantly, they did check on everyone's well being and enjoyment at various intervals. The tour was successful as we were able to see dolphins in their natural habitat and this was topped by seeing another pod on the way back to Puerto Carmen. Even the skipper did accommodate me by the console, which gave m excellent views. Thank you
