A good overview of Las Palmas and the buses we used were running on time (though we had a little difficulty locating the first stop initially as the original start point was inaccessible.) The staff were friendly and the bus was clean. Some of the headphone sockets were falling off and/or didn’t work but it wasn’t too busy so we were able to move around.

A very fine tour, where we saw almost all parts of the city. We actually took the tour twice, and never waited long for the bus. Two small minuses was the quality of the sound in the ear phones and the fact, that the driver didn't know how to handle our home-printed tickets. Though he was very kind and patient and called the office to get it right.

Overall, the tour was a great experience. It was really nice to sit back, relax and take in the sights from atop the bus tour around and through the city. The bus stops are clearly indicated via map as well as at the stop. The tour guides were friendly and courteous. The other participants were respectful. I loved being so high up above the city - it really gives a different perspective and makes it easy to take photos of some of the amazing old architecture throughout the tour. The only downside is that sitting outside on top of the bus can get really windy.
