I booked through here for 1030am. We got there early at 10am. We had to get our tickets printed off when we got there because they couldn’t scan off my phone. So we got in line at 1015am and when it was 1030 to go in they scan your tickets then. They told us our time was 1045am. So we had to wait longer. Just disappointed because we booked ahead of time and it was still on my phone for 1030am. So somebody messed up. I didn’t think I would have to check my tickets that got printed off there.

Tour and guide were very good with lots of information to share, but too many in our group so there was no social distancing. Also-tours are scheduled for every 15 minutes so we were rushed through. Because of the large group, I could hardly see the backstage rooms. That part was very disappointing.
