Usually we show the voucher and seated but this time we had to screen shot it and send which added to the congestion at the entrance but the hostess was helpful. Usually there is prominent signage so difficult to find with just etched on the windows. Congested and loud. They had a good live band but no space and blocked getting to the toilets when setting up. The merchandise spread across the entry rather than side shop added to the congestion getting in and out

We went at the latest reservable time of 18.00 hrs on a Saturday thinking that we would probably be moved on quite quickly to make space for the busy evening period, but we were able to take our time and enjoyed enormously. We had the platinum deal which gave us plenty of food. We were seated quite high up in the restaurant and i think the kids would have liked to have been lower down to feel the buzz - but overall very good.

I took my partner here for his Birthday and the service was spot on. I wasn't sure what to expect as I have never visited a Hard Rock Cafe before but everything was brilliant. You also can look at the full menu and order extra's from there (at an additional charge) if you wish. By booking this we didn't have to wait at all for a table and on the night other diners were told it would be a 2hour wait! Would definitely book again and recommend highly.
