    1. From Zurich: Day Trip to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe

Explore the snow-capped mountains of Jungfraujoch, listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site since 2007 for its stunning High Alps scenery, and as the site of Europe’s largest glacier. It is also Europe's highest train station. The scenic coach journey takes you along the Brünig Pass and the shores of Lake Brienz to the Bernese Oberland. After a break in Interlaken, board the cable car at the Grindelwald Terminal for a spectacular 15-minute ride to the Eiger Glacier by gondola. From there, exchange to a cogwheel train that will take you to the peak of Jungfraujoch. Enjoy the stunning views of the triple peaks of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau as you ride. Once at the top of Jungfraujoch, immerse yourself in the High-Alpine wonderland of ice, snow and rock. Experience the adventure tour “Alpine Sensation,” marking the 100-year anniversary of the Jungfrau Railway, and visit the Sphinx Obser...

It was a fun and wonderful experience, the guide was very nice, accommodating and knowledgeable. I would love to go on the trip again.

  • Grindelwald Gondola Ride to Mount First

    2. Grindelwald Gondola Ride to Mount First

Head to the Cableway Station in Grindelwald and board the gondola at any time. Reach the summit within 30 minutes, and find the Restaurant and the thrilling First Cliff Walk Suspension Bridge. Experience adventure activities including the First Flyer and The First Glider year round and the Mountain Cart and Scooter Bike in summer. Please note these activities are not included in this ticket and need to be purchased separately.

Fantastic view with the gondola and at the top of First, easy and beautiful walk to the lake with possibilities to walk a little bit off the path to look at plants and animals Only problem at the gondola ticket desk they wanted me to show a printed voucher from the pdf I received per mail when I only had the downloaded version in the getyourguideapp. So I had to send them per mail the pdf using my smartphones Internet connection so they could print the pdf.

This tour was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable. People who do this tour must realize that there is a significant amount of self-guided time. There certainly could have been more specific instruction about how to actually get to the cable car to get up to Mt. First. It wasn’t terribly difficult to figure out, but that was a small bit that was lacking. In general, though, the tour and the whole experience were absolutely fantastic!!!
