There was a mix up to start with as we thought we has hotel pick up but this sadly was not the case as they only pick up from central Reykjavík so u would say be mindful if this. I was called by the company to ask why we qwre late while we were waiting in our hotel lobby so then panick set in and there was a lot of tears. The operator from get yout guide was brilliant, a taxi was ordered to pick us up at taka us to the bus terminal pick up point which was about 17 minutes away from our hotel and the taxi was all paid for. Our guide was amazing from start to finish. Before the tour even started he took us to the harbour and we saw a hump back Whale which was just lovely. We then went onto an amazing view I couldn't even begin to describe. It looked liked something out of a special effect movie with the mountains in the background and the see view. It really was breathtaking. The Volcano hike wasn't as hard as I thought after reading others reviews

Everything was very well organised, the guide was fantastic, gave us a lot of information and was easy going. I would highly recommend this trip!
